The Lifetime Journey Care is a warranty and subscription plan that expands the life span of your Diono car seat. It includes years of safety, style, savings and exclusive benefits- offering each subscriber instant savings on car seats, warranty coverage on car seats, discounts on additional Diono products, and a free seat cover change every year.
Savings on the MRSP value on Program Products purchased from Diono’s website (www.diono.com; the Website). Periodic Program-only promotions and benefits provided by Diono, at Diono’s discretion, to Program members.
If you would like to make a purchase of our Radian 3R, Radian® 3RXT SafePlus™, or Radian 3QXT, then this plan is for you. If you have purchased one of the program products within the eligibility window, Diono will contact you directly with an offer to sign up for a stand-alone plan.
The Lifetime Journey Care subscription plan is available as an annual plan for $99.99 a year or monthly plan for $9.99 a month.
You can save $20.28 off the monthly plan by selecting a one-time annual payment.
Subscribers who select a monthly plan are required to set up automatic payments. Payment will be charged every 4 weeks from the date when you purchased your subscription.
Payments can be made using a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. An automatic payment will be made each month and thereafter to keep your subscription active.
Each subscription is attributed to one car seat only.
Each plan covers one car seat. If you have multiple car seats you will need to subscribe to a separate subscription plan for each seat.
Subscribers can cancel their subscription after 6 months of continuous service. To cancel, please contact Diono customer service. For further details please review the Terms and Conditions found here.

The Lifetime Journey Care plan can be applied to purchasers of the Radian 3R, Radian 3QXT, and the Radian® 3RXT® SafePlus™. If you have previously purchased one of the mentioned seats within the approved range of time before the launch of the subscription service, you can subscribe to a subscription only plan.
Each subscriber can redeem their free seat cover at the end of 12 months of continuous use. In the last month you can expect to receive an email with a special code that will allow you to redeem an available seat cover your choice. There will be upgrade features to choose from at an extra cost.
Your free seat cover will be made available to you at the end of your first annual subscription. A notice will be automatically sent to your email, with a code that can used to redeem/purchase a new car seat cover.
The car seat cover includes the head support, pads, and backing. In our tier one level, varies colors are be available. For an additional fee, customer can customize their car seat cover with alternative fabrics, colors, stitching, and personalization.
VIP Rewards is the all-new loyalty program to give our valued customers a little something extra. You’ll earn points each time you shop at diono.com or complete tasks such as leaving a review or reading our blog. Anyone can join, it’s free and super easy!
VIP Rewards is a free program offered to our most valuable repeat customers. The plan allots points for purchases made, culminating into discounts on future items and freebies. VIP Rewards customers are encouraged to complete tasks outside of purchases to gain more points. The program is a part of the Lifetime Journey Care subscription plan.
The Lifetime Journey Care subscription plan can be applied only to the Radian 3R, Radian® 3RXT® SafePlus™, and the Radian 3QXT.
To subscribe to the Lifetime Journey Care plan, you are required to create an account on the Diono website. You must login to your account before shopping to access your additional benefits such as VIP rewards and your 20% discount.
When shopping the Diono store, subscription holders must be logged into their account to redeem their 20% benefit. To login to your account, click the “My Account” link at the top right of the homepage.
If you previously purchased a Diono car seat within the last year, you are qualified for the subscription only plan. The subscription only plan does not include the instant discount of up to $150 on a new car seat. You will however, have access to all other benefits included in the plan.
