Throughout her Diono career she has developed KPI’s that allow the team to provide “Best in Class” service for our valued customers. Linsey’s involvement in projects such as our Virtual 1-2-1 Car Seat Fitting Service has streamlined customer experience and implemented a user-friendly program for both customers and the team. Thanks to this, our team are able to troubleshoot any areas of concern quickly and effectively, providing a resolution in a timely manner.
