Lifetime Journey Care members are invited to extend their warranty for each year they subscribe
To ensure your extended warranty is activated, please complete the form below. Our customer service team will then store your details in case you need to make a claim at any point during the extended period. Please note that you will need to complete this form if you receive a new car seat on your warranty. Only car seats that are registered are eligible.
You can find your serial number on the base of your car seat, and we will require some details from the email you received when you subscribed to Lifetime Journey Care.
