Can I use multiple codes for one order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow promo code stacking at checkout. If you would like to place an order that includes both full-price and SALE products, please ensure to place 2 separate orders with the appropriate CPST codes that were provided via email.

What is the average turnaround time from form submission to being approved as a Diono® CPST?

Once your submission form has been sent, our team will review your certification credentials within 5 business days. Once approved, please check your inbox for an email confirmation with exclusive offers to shop Diono® Car Seats, Boosters, and Accessories.

Are there any product restrictions or exclusions that I can’t use my codes on?

The following products are excluded from the CPST promotional codes for discount: Diono® Spare Parts, Diono® Accessories, our Lifetime Journey Care™ Subscription Program, and Route Shipping Insurance. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions here.

How many times can I use my CPST codes?

The codes may be used multiple times once approved as a Diono® CPST. However, we perform regular order audits and reserve the right to remove any account or user from the CPST program when monitoring for code abuse and/or fraudulent orders.
