Accessibility

Diono, L.L.C. dba Diono, a Washington limited liability company (Diono U.S.A.), and its foreign-related companies, Diono ULC, a Canadian unlimited liability company (Diono Canada), Diono Ltd. a United Kingdom limited company (Diono U.K.), and Diono GmbH, a German company with limited liability (Diono E.U.) (Diono U.S.A., Diono Canada, Diono U.K., and Diono E.U. shall be collectively referred to herein as Diono), are committed to diversity, inclusion and accessibility in everything Diono does. These core values are fundamental to the way Diono does business and how it addresses its social responsibilities in the global marketplace.

With this in mind, Diono is continuously taking steps to improve the accessibility of its website www.diono.com and all subpages thereto (collectively, the Website), and Diono’s overall online presence, to ensure Diono adheres to best practices and standards defined by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 798), and the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Diono's Current Accessibility Features

Diono’s Website is monitored and tested periodically by internal and third-party accessibility consultants to identify usability issues, and suggest technological solutions to such issues, in order to further improve the Website’s accessibility for all users.

Such monitoring and testing have led to the adoption of the following Website accessibility enhancements:

  • Alternative text detail for appropriate images and other non-text elements;
  • Title attributes for additional information about links, and indication of new browser windows;
  • Structural markups to indicate headings and lists to aid in webpage comprehension;
  • Association of forms with labels;
  • Association of all data cells in a data table with their headers; and
  • JavaScript and style sheets to enhance Website appearance and functionality (if such technologies are not available, alternative content is provided on the Website where necessary to ensure a usable experience).

Third Party Websites and Applications

Please note that the Website may link to or interface with websites and applications owned or controlled by parties other than Diono (collectively, Third Parties). Such Third Parties may not adhere to the accessibility standards or best practices detailed in this Policy, nor adopt the accessibility technologies Diono has in its Website. In order to maximize accessibility for its customers and other Website users, Diono is encouraging such Third Parties to improve the accessibility of their websites and applications.

Ongoing Efforts

Diono continues to pursue additional accessibility reforms to improve the Website and Diono’s online presence. Such ongoing reforms will be updated in this policy as they are adopted.

As the laws and regulations concerning online accessibility, as well as applicable industry standards and best practices, are ever-evolving, Diono strives to deliver the most accessible version of the Website possible. Diono respectfully requests that Website users and the general public understand that Diono’s online accessibility improvements are ongoing.

Diono encourages its Website users and the general public to report any accessibility issues they may encounter on the Website or any of Diono’s online presence by contacting Diono at support@diono.zendesk.com or at 1-855-463-4666.
